Payment & test not showing

Money deducted but test not in “My Tests”? Wait 1–2 minutes (bank + webhook), then open the dashboard again. If it still doesn’t appear, read our refund policy and follow the steps there.

Try this first

    Refresh the dashboard (or log out and log in once) after returning from payment.
  • 2
    Before paying, make sure subject, class, and every question (options, marks, time, correct answer) is filled — then tap Create Test again.
  • 3
    If the payment page won’t load or errors out, try another browser or network (Wi‑Fi / mobile data).
  • 4
    Use desktop for creating tests — mobile popups can sometimes block fields or file uploads.
