- Duplicate payment for same test
- Technical server failure during payment
- Refund request within 48 hours of transaction

- Test already created successfully
- Teacher entered incorrect details
- Network issues from user's side
- Change of mind after purchase
Refund Verification Process
- Teacher submits payment proof
- Transaction ID is verified
- System logs are checked
- Approval decision within 3 working days
Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on bank.
