• ParikshaHub is designed for educational and assessment purposes only.
• Teachers can create and manage their own tests.
• Students may only attempt tests assigned to them.
• Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

Teacher Responsibilities

• Teachers are responsible for their test content.
• Uploading copyrighted or illegal content is prohibited.
• Teachers must verify test details before publishing.
• Test activation occurs automatically after successful payment.

Student Responsibilities

• Students must provide accurate personal details.
• Fake identity may lead to cancellation of the attempt.
• During exams: tab switching, copying and unfair practices are strictly prohibited.
• Multiple violations may lead to auto-submission of the test.

Payments & Activation

• Tests are activated only after payment confirmation.
• Payment gateway delays are beyond platform control.
• Duplicate payments will be handled as per refund policy.

Data Security

• Student answers are stored securely in encrypted format.
• Only authorized teachers can access test results.
• ParikshaHub never sells or shares user data.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to hack or bypass exam systems.
• Creating fake bulk registrations.
• Server overload attempts or misuse of resources.
• Reverse engineering or cloning platform features.

Intellectual Property

All platform features, design and systems are proprietary to ParikshaHub. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Service Availability

Services are generally available 24×7 except scheduled maintenance. Platform is not liable for temporary technical disruptions.

Modifications

ParikshaHub may update features, interface, or policies without prior notice.
